Analyst, data engineer, delivery lead.
I started in analytics and spent years getting closer to the machinery: marketplace analytics at Ozon, a Data Vault warehouse at Yandex, then an in-house clickstream system and pipelines in an ML team at Cian. Somewhere in there I stopped wanting to describe what happened and started wanting to decide what happens next.
Since April 2024 I've been Technical Program Manager on a geo-tech platform: maps, navigation, local search and B2B geo services, 65M+ monthly users. The company is under NDA, so I describe the work and not the employer.

How I work
Matrix, not management
I have no direct reports. I work in a matrix: engineers report to their own team leads, and inside a feature I set priorities, define scope and drive delivery. Eleven-plus teams so far, across product, design and engineering. It's the usual technical-program setup, and I'd rather describe it accurately than dress it up.
The work doesn't end at the release
I stay with a feature after launch — metrics, iterations, incidents. Tracking what actually happened is the part that changes what I scope next.
I write things down
Decisions with their reasons, risks with their owners, status with its history. Not bureaucracy — it's the only way a team keeps its context when people rotate, go on holiday, or simply forget.
I build the tool when it's missing
If I'm answering the same question for the fourth time, I'd rather build the thing that answers it. That's where the delivery system came from, and then Grumli — the same problem one step earlier, in the spec rather than in the tracker.
What I'm looking for
A technical product or delivery role — remote across the EU, or hybrid in Spain. Somewhere the product function is properly set up rather than grown sideways, with people to argue with about hypotheses, priorities and metrics.
What I bring is a mix: analytics and data engineering behind me, features owned end to end, and delivery run across teams I don't manage.
Outside the job description
I live in Spain with a small crowd of animals, which is its own kind of delivery management. I read a lot, I'm slowly turning Spanish from survival-grade into real, and I build small software for myself — health data, personal dashboards, a whale-tracking app that exists mostly because whales deserve better tooling.
